Integrating mindfulness, meditation & movement strengthens our mind / body and supports healing.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness & Meditation helps us experience thoughts, feelings, overwhelm, anxiety and more. We explore how to understand and ‘be’ with them.

Mindfulness is a practice of intentionally focusing our attention on the present moment ~ without judgement. Noticing what is happening internally and externally and how it affects our body, mind and choices.

Mindfulness, like meditation, helps settle our thoughts, calm our mind and relax our body.

Meditation comes in many forms and offers many options. It can be as simple as noticing our breath or being captivated by the beauty of a sunset.

Thoughts are always present, and the mind believes its job is to always think and keep us safe. Meditation can befriend our thoughts, body and nervous system ~ settling our mind / releasing stress. It can also provide ease, clarity and calm.

Mindfulness for Being Enough (Just As You Are)

A 4-Week Online Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

What if the most courageous thing you could do was simply… pause?

This gentle four-week online journey is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and begin exploring the quiet power of mindfulness meditation. No experience necessary. No perfection required.

Why This Matters Now

  • Many of us are carrying a quieter, harder, heavier weight right now — grief and anxiety about the state of the world itself. Climate change. Political upheaval. Conflict. A relentless news cycle. You care deeply about what is happening, and that caring is a beautiful thing. But without inner tools, caring can quietly become a kind of suffering.

You can’t fix the world. But you can learn to find steady ground inside yourself — a place from which you can stay present, stay caring, and stay intact.

  • This course isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself. It is about recognizing that you are already whole — and learning, gently and steadily, to live from that recognition.
